Kimberleigh King is a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor with the Downtown Seattle branch of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. A dedicated team member for more than two decades, she co-founded WinninghamKing & Associates. She has earned both the International President’s Elite and Five-Star Real Estate Agent awards and has the respect and admiration of broker peers and clientele alike. Kimberleigh understands the psychology of home buying and selling, and her ultimate goal is to make her clients' dreams come true. Kimberleigh's professional career began with her work as a business analyst with Dunn & Bradstreet. She applies financial savvy and strong negotiation skills to guide her clients to sound investment decisions. Additionally, she astutely spots great investments in all property types at all price points and is known for bringing creative solutions to the negotiation table. Her experience and calm professional demeanor take the stress out of the process for her clients, which is why they return again and again for trusted guidance.
Originally from California, Kimberleigh grew up in various parts of the country and attended more than 15 schools growing up. As a result, she understands what it is like for families, and particularly kids, as they adapt to new surroundings and schools. She loves the outdoors, having grown up boating, hiking, fishing, and camping. In addition to being an outdoor enthusiast, Kim is a world traveler, a passionate cook and wine collector, and an avid entertainer. She lives in the Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle and loves the diversity and energy of city life.
Kimberleigh is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a BA in English and Psychology.
